What is Subscription Rewards? +
It is our way of looking after regular customers. Put the Koru products you take on repeat delivery and every bottle comes at the Rewards price, the lowest per-bottle rate we offer. Koru Joint, for example, is $34.99 a bottle on Rewards instead of $59.99 one-off. The reward on each product is shown on its tile. The offer ends midnight Tuesday 29 September.
Does the price go back up later? +
No. Rewards subscriptions keep their price on every delivery for as long as they run. The offer ends midnight Tuesday 29 September; what you set up before then carries on unchanged.
How does billing work? +
You pay for the first delivery at checkout. After that your card is charged and the same delivery is shipped every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days, whichever you chose, until you cancel. You get an email before each charge.
Can I pause, change or cancel? +
Yes, any time, and there is no minimum term. Log in to your account on the Koru website to pause, skip a delivery, change how often it comes, add or remove products, or cancel. Or ring 0800 99 99 80, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we will do it for you.
I already have a Koru subscription. What do I do? +
Build the delivery you want here and tick the box before checkout. That adds a note to your order asking customer services to amend or cancel your existing subscription so you are not charged twice. We will confirm by email once it is done.
What about shipping? +
Normal store shipping applies. Deliveries over $99 ship free; under that, standard shipping is added at checkout. Your delivery total is shown above so you can see where you stand.
What if a product is not for me? +
The 60-day money-back guarantee applies as usual. Ring or email us and we will sort it out.
